  Securely pack the unused items in their original CRA-YON box, ensuring the protective seal remains intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
