What is the shelf life of CRA-YON fragrances?
Our fragrances are crafted with high-quality ingredients and typically have a shelf life of 36 months after the first spray. To maintain freshness, store your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
Are CRA-YON products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, and we never test our products or ingredients on animals.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the EU and 7-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and sealed products. To ensure you love the scent before committing to a full bottle, we recommend starting with our Discovery Set.
